Learning inDesign: Building a page
The purpose of this assignment is to build your first page in inDesign.
1. Start by opening the template page you have copied to your folder on the yearbook page.
2. Click "File", and select "Save As" to save this page in your folder, and call it yourname_practicepage.indd. Once you have done this, you are ready to edit your page.
Criteria:
- You must construct a two-page spread
- You must follow a theme (ie. "All about Me", or "The Toronto Raptors")
- The pages must have a background (either a solid colour, or an image)
- Include no fewer than ten images on your page, including at least two photos you have cropped and saved as .psd files.
- Your pages must have titles, in an appropriate AA font (remember these are the only ones we can use)
- You must have at least one paragraph of writing that follows your theme.
